FUNctional Fitness

45-minute session.

‘Exercise is the most potent and under utilised antidepressant.’

This session is designed to educate and encourage a sustainable healthy, fit and functional body. No one session is the same and they each incorporate strength and mobility training, flexibility, agility, fitness training, core strength and balance.

We safely combine the use of a variety of equipment, hand weight and your own body weight. Our golden rule is that safety never takes a holiday.

Come along and join us, have some fun, and while you are not watching — we'll get you fit.

All levels of fitness will have fun and get fit in this session.
