The discipline of Hatha Yoga is a wonderful combination of Asanas (gentle stretches) that release tension from your physical body, Pranayama (breathing techniques) that promote the energy flow of your body, and meditation, which relaxes and calms your mind and allows your nervous system to settle into a place of balance.
All levels of experience will love this practice.
