In a slow-paced and meditative style of Yoga, that bridges the active with the passive gracefully. Your Yin practice consists of a series of gentle supported seated and supine poses that you will hold for up to 4 minutes. The practice incorporates props like bolsters, cushions, blocks and blankets to support your entire body, so that you fully relax and release from the inside out.

This inner relaxation comes about when we allow the deep release of fascia (connective tissue) that enables our muscles to lengthen, and our inner 'webbing' to return to its natural state, so our minds and our bodies can restore fully.

This beautiful, gentle practice is suitable for everyone.
