'The purpose of meditation is not to control your thoughts, rather, not to allow your thoughts to control you'.

Meditation is a practice of focusing your mind on an object, thought or activity, to help train your attention and awareness, and to reel in your thoughts to calm your mind.

Introducing the practice of meditation into your daily routine has been proven to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, boost energy, creativity and productivity, improve deeper sleep patterns, strengthen your immune system, reduce inflammation in your body, enhance your awareness and increase compassion.

Meditation sessions are offered in the weekly Yin Yoga classes, privately, or corporate events.
